RED LETTER AT CHRIST THE KING
The first "Red Letter" book by author and pastor Zach Zehnder was "Red Letter Challenge." A Bible study / workbook for the whole congregation, it showed us how words that Jesus spoke (in "red letters" in some Bibles) challenge us to BE, FORGIVE, SERVE, GIVE, and GO as Christians.
At Christ the King we've discovered that the series of Red Letter Challenges has helped us to explore our Mission, Values, and Measures in depth, not only personally but as a congregation.
RED LETTER ADVENT
This year we're excited to jump into Advent with this new addition to these challenges we've already done:

We're happy to make this special edition devotional book available to our Christ the King family and friends as we prepare for Christmas!

After introducing the Red Letter Advent on Day 1 / December 1, we'll focus on each gift for six days.
Even though this schedule looks a little odd, you can always find your place if you remember that the calendar days (December 1, 2, 3, . . . ) have the same numbering as the Red Letter Advent days (RLA 1, 2, 3).
